The training consists of short theoretical presentations, practical exercises, individual exercises and exchanges between participants.
classroom setup : in-company session over one day, maximum 8 participants per session
virtual setup : inter- or intra-companye, 4 participants minimum and 8 participants maximum per session
6 hours (4 x 1h30 virtual classes) + 4 hours (4 x 1h individual work), spread over 1 month.

Having worked for many years in managerial and international development roles, I am aware of the importance that digital has taken in organizations and its use is omnipresent in our professional and private lives.
… but not at any price.
But I am also aware that the recipe for good digitization is based on three principles:
– it must be finely dosed and adapted to the strategy
– the human must remain at the centre of this strategy.
– we must take into account the digital brakes.



It is therefore my professional background and my experience in the field that made me want to reflect on new ways of collaboration, communication and training. And from this reflection and interest was born The Connecting Hub, whose mission is to facilitate the digital experience, meet the expectations of customers, employees and learners, and stimulate commitment and motivation.
